Esprechelon IX is a natural process lot from El Cipres estate, located on the slopes of the Picacho volcano overlooking San Salvador.

Family-owned and operated since 1880, El Cipres consists of a coffee production area of about 90 hectares and a protected natural forest of more than 5 hectares - an important refuge for wildlife. The farm also supports the neighbouring school by subsidising the salary of the teaching assistant, providing IT equipment as well as clothing for sports classes.

Brewed as espresso, this lot provides a thick, syrupy body, relatively low acidity and jammy sweetness alongside notes of rich cocoa.
