Can I pause my subscription?

You certainly can. Just drop us an email to let us know which date you’d like your subscription to resume and we’ll re-arrange your next order.

I’m moving house. Can I change the address for my subscription?

To do this, you’ll need to cancel your existing subscription and re-subscribe using your new delivery address. This will be quick and easy as you’ll already have your details stored in your account.

Can I get someone a subscription as a gift?

Of course! Coffee subscriptions are a great gift and we can set up a subscription to last any number of weeks or months. We can also leave the paperwork out of the delivery box if you’d like.

What happens if my payment card expires?

If this happens you’ll get an automatic email asking you to update your payment details. The payment system will attempt to take payment again after 5 working days. If your payment method still doesn’t work, the subscription will be cancelled automatically. If you have any concerns just get in touch with us!

What’s the difference between the espresso and filter subscription options?

Occasionally we stock a coffee that has a flavour profile that might not be best-suited to espresso brewing. When this happens, we send our espresso subscribers an alternative that we know will make a delicious shot, whether on its own or paired with milk or a milk substitute. Most of the time there’s a lot of overlap between the espresso and filter subscriptions, so don’t worry about missing out if you’re an espresso fan!
